Welcome to the Tucker Inn – In the Current Circumstances

Dear Guests,

We thank you for considering the Tucker Inn. In light of the pandemic, we have adjusted our services to provide greater safety and comfort for our guests and family.

  • We will operate at significantly decreased capacity. We will rent no more than 5 of the 8 guestrooms in the main house. This will allow more space for everyone, fewer encounters in corridors, etc.

  • The Tucker Inn has a large outdoor garden with multiple private areas. Guests will have no difficulty finding spacious areas in which to dine or relax. Restaurant seating remains limited but almost all continue to offer take out services; guests are welcome to enjoy their dinners in our garden.

  • We have always prided ourselves on our food services and we intend to continue the same high level of service but with significant differences:

    • Each afternoon we will provide a menu for the following day’s breakfast. We ask that you tell us what you want and when you would like it to be ready. Your breakfast will be plated and ready at that time.

    • We have multiple areas outdoors where you can eat while maintaining a physical distance. You can also take your breakfast to your room.

    • We have provided individual Keurig coffee brewers in each room.  We wish that we could offer carafes of coffee, but it is not possible this year.

    • We are also offering individually wrapped and packaged afternoon treats. There will be a daily treat menu and you may order your own treats.

  • All check-in, check-out and billing will be done online.

  • We are changing our housekeeping practices:

    • We will not enter the room for daily housekeeping, except for extended stays. Each room has been equipped with its own laundry basket. Simply place whatever you would like replaced in the basket and we will promptly provide clean items.

    • For longer stays or for those in need of additional service, we will provide housekeeping by appointment.

    • We will fully sanitize all rooms in between guest stays following all CDC, Massachusetts, and Provincetown requirements and recommendations.

  • We must require that all guests wear face coverings whenever they are indoors in common areas of the inn – this includes the hallways, stairway, and living room.

  • Like everyone else, we are learning as we navigate this new environment. Please, if there is anything we can do to make you feel more safe and comfortable, just let us know.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Tucker Inn.
