Rooms

Our rooms have been designed to maximize your comfort. We’ve chosen colors that are soothing and rich, which highlight the newly restored golden pine plank floors. Antique furnishings mixed with some contemporary pieces accent the rooms. Each room has a queen sized bed dressed in crisp linens and soft bedding. Lots of windows invite the famous Cape Cod light into your room. Our rooms are uncluttered and immaculate. Every room has a private bath with the exception of rooms 5 & 6.

Guests occasionally move from one room to another room to accommodate their stay. If a single room is not available for the nights you wish to stay ask us about moving.

The Cottage

Our cozy studio cottage is the perfect intimate accommodation for two people or a quiet refuge for those on their own. As a separate building off of our patio, you’ll enjoy lots of privacy. It has a queen bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a reconstructed bathroom with a rainfall shower, and flat panel TV/DVD. It is air conditioned in the summer and the fireplace for cooler nights envelopes you in your private, secure world. The windows on three walls make it bright and airy. A private area of the garden is reserved for the use of cottage guests. Daily housekeeping and our full gourmet breakfast are also included.

The First Floor Rooms are graced with 12 foot ceilings giving them an airy feel and wide pine plank floors displaying The Tucker Inn’s historic character. The rooms are modernized with air conditioning, refrigerators, queen beds and flat panel TVs, and wireless Internet access. Bathrobes, hair dryers, and coffee makers are provided in all rooms.

Ground floor room with private bath, queen bed, and gas fireplace. Quiet location at rear of house with garden views.

Room Two

Our most spacious room with queen bed, private bath and gas fireplace. Twelve foot ceilings, four poster bed, and bay window give this room its character and charm.

Room Three

Our newly redecorated Room 3 features a queen canopy bed, private bath, 12 foot ceilings, and soothing lush draperies. This is a bright, sunny room on the ground floor at the front of the house.

Room Four

Our newly redecorated Room 4 features a queen canopy bed, private bath, bay window, and views of our wonderful historic Center Street. The 12 foot ceilings and new Asian influenced decor make this room both bright and cozy.

The Second Floor Rooms share the charm of the Mansard Roof line. All have air conditioning, queen beds and flat panel TVs. Rooms 5 and 6 share a bath; rooms 7 and 8 have en suite baths. All rooms on the second floor have gas fireplaces as well as fridges, hair dryers, coffee makers and bathrobes.

Room Five

Room 5 on the second floor, is furnished with a queen bed and shares a bath with room 6. This room has wonderful views of our Zen garden and a quiet, rear of the house location. It is a wonderful economical choice.

Room Six

Room 6 is furnished with a queen bed. It has a wonderful view of Center Street and our new town library. It shares a bath with room 5 and is a peaceful, rear of the house room.

Room Seven

Room 7 is furnished with a queen bed, private bath and gas fireplace. In the off season it provides a view of the harbor (otherwise a bit obscured by the horse chestnut tree). It is roomy and cozy and the favorite of return guests.

Room Eight

Room 8 has a queen bed, private bath and gas fireplace. It provides wonderful views of Center Street and offers a tranquil setting for a romantic visit.
